If you have been a victim in a relationship or of a crime you may be eligible for one of the following visas stated below.

U Visa (Victim of Crime)

Protects people who were victims of a violent crime and who cooperated with the authorities after having suffered substantial physical or emotional harm. Examples of crimes that qualify for the U visa are: Domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, abduction, robbery with a firearm, etc.

If you are eligible, we will help you through the process. From the police certificate to the application for the visa, we will accompany you throughout the process and advise you on how to obtain the visa.

VAWA (Victim Of Domestic Violence)

VAWA allows spouses, children and parents of victims of domestic abuse to apply for a special visa.

Victims must apply for themselves, and don’t need to notify the abuser at all. This status allows the victims to acquire legal residence independently of their US visa-holder spouse. It protects victims from abusive households when their legal status depends on the abuser’s residency or citizenship. VAWA is meant not only for women but for men too. If you are experiencing domestic violence please seek help. You are NOT going to be deported if you ask for help from the authorities. Nobody is going to take your children away from you.

If you are eligible, we will help you through the process. From the police certificate to the application for the visa, we will accompany you throughout the process and advise you on how to obtain the visa.
